"Story and Space" is an architectural photography project that tells the stories of the people at City Church San Francisco. It is a project about their spaces, their material possessions, and how those objects silently tell stories about their owners.

My project investigated the relationships between one's story and one's physical surroundings, between a photographer and his community, capturing those ideas in an architectural photograph that is akin to a portrait.

My process was to listen to the stories of my subjects, and then photograph the spaces and objects that best represented those narratives.
